How Does It Work?
Dose adjustments are not made automatically and require:
- A review of your current treatment
- Consideration of your symptoms and progress
- In some cases, review of your blood test results
What Should You Do?
To request a dose adjustment, please contact our team so we can assist you.

- You will be redirected to the Tickets page
- Click “File a Support Ticket” to contact the team
👉 Please include:
- Details of your request
- Any relevant symptoms or concerns
If possible, please also attach a screenshot of your portal page to help us assist you more efficiently.



What Happens Next?
- Our team will review your request
- The doctor will assess your suitability for any dose changes
- You will be contacted with the next steps
