I Paid for a Consultation But Haven't Heard Anything

If you’ve completed your payment but haven’t received an update yet, don’t worry — here’s what to expect and what you can check.

What Happens After Payment?

Once your payment is completed:

  • Your consultation is submitted for clinical review
  • Our team will typically reach out within 2–3 business days with the next steps

What You May Still Need to Complete

For some treatments, additional information is required before your consultation can proceed:

  • Blood test results (if required)
  • Identity verification (e.g. Driver’s Licence or Passport)
  • Medicare details

If any of these are missing, it may delay your consultation.


What Should You Do?

Please check your patient portal and ensure that:

  • All required steps have been completed
  • Any requested documents or results have been uploaded

Still Haven’t Heard From Us?

If you believe you have completed everything and have not received an update after 2–3 business days, please contact our team:

  • You will be redirected to the Tickets page
  • Click “File a Support Ticket” to contact the team

👉 Please include:

  • A brief description of your issue
  • A screenshot or image relevant to the issue (this helps us investigate more efficiently)
