How and Where Do I Get My Blood Tests Done using the Patient Portal? (New Patients)

To get your bloodtests you need to begin your treatment first, you’ll need to complete a short health quiz and confirm whether you have recent blood test results. Follow the steps below to get started.

Step 1: Log in to Your Patient Portal

Go to PrimalZone.com and click Login in the top right-hand corner of the screen.


Step 2: Access Your Dashboard

Once logged in, you will land on your Dashboard.
Click “Explore treatments” to begin.


Step 3: Select Your Treatment

Choose the treatment that best suits your needs and click “Get Started.” (For the bloodtest, select Low Testosterone)


Step 4: Complete the Health Quiz

You’ll be guided through a short health quiz.

As part of this process, you’ll be asked:

  • If you are new to TRT
  • If you have had a blood test in the past 12 weeks

Step 5: If You Do NOT Have Recent Blood Tests

If you have not completed a blood test in the last 12 weeks:

  • You will be prompted to purchase a blood test kit
  • Follow the instructions to complete your test
  • Once completed, you will need to upload your results

Note: Please complete your blood test fasted and before 9:00 AM for accurate results.


Step 6: If You Already Have Blood Test Results

If you already have recent blood test results:

  • Continue answering the required questions in the quiz
  • Upload your blood test results


Step 7: Complete Your Consultation

Once your health quiz is completed:

  • You will see a confirmation message
  • You will then be redirected to the payment page to proceed with your treatment


Step 8: Treatment Activation

After payment:

  • Your selected treatment (e.g. Men’s Full Hormone Reset) will appear as Active in your patient portal Treatments page


Step 9: Upload Blood Test Results 

If you purchased a blood test or need to upload results later:

  • In top of the screen in your Dashboard
  • You will see a notification at the top:

    “Blood test results required: Please upload your most recent blood test results to continue your treatment”

  • Click “View” and upload your results

  • You can also access this via the Notifications section in your portal (Click the bell icon).

     


What Happens Next?

Once your blood test results are submitted, our clinical team will review them as part of your treatment assessment. You will be contacted in the next 2 - 3 business days with the next steps.
