Click any Start Now on primalzone.com. The quiz opens on your screen, ready to go.
What we'll ask
Your details — name, email, phone, date of birth, and the type of work you do.
Your main goal — pick one:
- Low testosterone or low energy
- Weight loss
- Performance and strength
- Recovery and repair
- Not sure yet — we'll help you figure it out
A few questions about that goal — usually three short questions about your symptoms, what you've tried before, and where you're at right now.
If you have a second goal you'd like to work on, you can add it and we'll ask three more quick questions about that too.
How long it takes
About 3–5 minutes. The progress bar at the top shows you how far along you are.
What happens when you finish

You'll see your personalised Results page with the exact next steps for you:

If you're on the TRT pathway: order a blood test and upload your ID, then you can book your doctor's consult.
- For other goals: upload your ID and you can follow the next steps.

You'll also have the option to speak with a Patient Care Coordinator if you'd prefer to talk to a real person before taking the next step.
Tips
- Answer as honestly as you can — it helps your doctor give you the best plan.
- Your answers save as you go, so if something interrupts you, you can come back and pick up where you left off.
